What is Watsu?
Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy is a very gentle form of body work, which encourages the Client’s body to tap in on its own natural ability to heal itself. The Therapist tunes in to what is happening in the body by ‘listening’ with their hands, using various subtle techniques to follow and assist the Client in releasing stress, tension, restrictions and pain. It enables the client to come back into balance, express their Health, and enjoy a sense of Wellness.
This work can be very beneficial for people of all ages, from young babies, right through to the aged.
R800 per treatment.
Watsu Aquatic Bodywork
Watsu is practiced in a heated pool, using floatation devices to assist the client to float comfortably in the water. The Watsu Practitioner supports the receiver, gently moving them around in the water, using various movements, stretches and massage techniques, dictated by the the needs of the individual client. This can help the client to release tension, find deep relaxation, access various levels of their being and come back feeling renewed, revitalized and aligned.

Family Constellations leads us to the realization that it is never too late for a greater, happier life. For every person there is only one right place within their family system. Frequently and often unconsciously, we accept misguided beliefs, loyalties and other people's stuff, which keeps us entangled and unable to fully live our full magnificence. Once you start seeing what is really going on, get more clarity, new perspective and possibilities open up, giving you the opportunity to take action, to step more fully into your rightful place.
Family Constellations can help bring patterns, secrets and entanglements out into the light, helping to unravel challenging dynamics. By acknowledging and questioning what is, the client can become empowered to take action to release what is holding them back, restoring order and balance into their family system.
R1000 for a one on one session of between an hour and an hour and a half.
